We listen, act, and transform
I am glad to see you stop by my website. I am a license clinical counselor in the Emporia, Kansas area. For the last 15 years I have worked in the mental health field in different capacities. Seven years ago, I learned about Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and decided I needed to further my education in order to become a license therapist. After working with individuals struggling with trauma, family dysfunctions, severe depression, financial issues, and the list goes on. I realized people are in need of real change. That is what ART can do for you! You can find more information at https://acceleratedresolutiontherapy.com/what-is-art/
ART has been a life change not only for my practice but for many of my clients. I do understand not one approach is the only option for all. I believe everyone needs an individual approach and a treatment that is tailor specially for you. Whatever the symptoms, issues, or concerns, bringing you to therapy can be improved by working together in collaboration to find the best treatment for you. I am also trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate, Integrative Somatic Parts Work, Embodied Intimacy & Relationship Coaching-Certified.
